At $5,000 a month in Google, our month-one fee rides on 25 calls instead of 15. Same $3,500 fee.

The rule, in plain words.

If month one brings fewer than 15 qualified new-patient calls to your front desk during your working hours, you pay no fee for that month. Then you choose whether to continue or part ways. If month one brings your number or more (15 at $3,000 a month in Google, 25 at $5,000), month one is $3,500 and we continue month to month. Cancel on 14 days’ notice.

In month one, we only charge our $3,500 fee if we hit the result. The rule covers month one only.

You pay Google directly. That spend is yours either way; only our fee is at stake.

Either way, you pay Google directly. The optional Callback Desk, our AI call agent for missed calls ($997 a month), is billed from the day it starts.

  2. Day 30

    You get the call log.

    The log decides whether you pay our fee. Month one’s $3,500 fee is charged on day 30, only if you got the calls.

  3. Day 30, under your number

    $0 fee

    You keep the page, ad account and recordings.

  4. Day 30, your number or more

    $3,500 invoiced

    Then month to month.

  • Answered: 60 seconds or more
  • Rang out unanswered: still counts
