Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These terms cover the use of this website and set out Full Chair’s prices and the 15-Call Rule. Clients sign a written services agreement and a business associate agreement; if anything here conflicts with those documents, they control.
About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website. By using the site, you agree to them.
If you become a client, our services are provided under a written services agreement and a business associate agreement (BAA) that we sign with your spa before launch. If anything on this page conflicts with those documents, they control.
We set out our prices and the 15-Call Rule here so you can read them before you book a call. How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Who we are
This website is run by In and Out Digital (“we,” “us,” “our”). We offer Full Chair, a Google Search ads service for injectables-first, single-location med spas in the United States. Our team runs the ads. Our founder, Umar, is on your first call and reviews every account.
“You” means anyone using this website. If you become a client, “you” also means your spa.
Using this website
The site describes our services and current prices. It isn’t an offer you accept by using the site, booking a call or sending us a message. You become a client only when we both sign a written services agreement.
The site is meant for med spa owners and managers in the United States. It isn’t meant for patients, and nothing on it is medical, legal or financial advice.
Please don’t use the site for anything unlawful, try to break into or overload it, copy its content for commercial use, send spam through our booking, email or phone links, or pretend to be someone you’re not. We may block access for anyone who misuses the site.
Services and prices
Full Chair is Google Search ads for your spa, run by our team. We build the booking page your ads point to, run ads on tox, filler and treatment searches near you during your working hours, and send new patients to a tracked line that rings your front desk. Every call is logged and recorded unless you ask us not to record. Your desk gets our one-page script and a ten-minute training. You get a weekly progress report.
| What | Price | How it’s billed |
|---|---|---|
| Full Chair | $3,500 a month | Month one: billed on day 30, only if you get your number of calls (15 at $3,000 in Google, 25 at $5,000). From month two: billed at the start of each month. |
| Callback Desk (optional add-on) | $997 a month | Billed from the day it starts. No trial period. |
| Full Chair Plus (Full Chair with the Callback Desk) | $4,497 a month ($3,500 + $997) | Each part is billed as shown above. |
| Your Google Ads budget | $3,000 a month minimum; $5,000 recommended | Paid by you, directly to Google. We don’t bill it. |
In total, that’s $6,500 a month at the $3,000 minimum ($3,500 to us, $3,000 to Google), or $8,500 a month at $5,000. Prices are in US dollars. No setup fee.
Your Google Ads budget
Your budget is paid by you, directly to Google, from your own card, in your own ad account. The minimum is $3,000 a month; at $5,000 your month-one number is 25 calls instead of 15. We never hold your budget or mark it up. Google is paid whether month one works or not.
Billing and notice
Full Chair is month to month. In month one, we keep your card on file and charge nothing for our fee until day 30 (see the 15-Call Rule). From month two, our fee is billed at the start of each month. Cancel on 14 days’ notice.
The Callback Desk
The Callback Desk is optional. Our AI call agent calls back missed calls, after-hours calls and web forms within 60 seconds, from your number. Bookings go into a calendar you control. It is for scheduling only, never a promo, and every callback is logged with its outcome. When it’s on, your ads can run into the evening.
Add it at signing or after month one. It is month to month with 14 days’ notice, billed from the day it starts, with no trial period.
The 15-Call Rule
If your tracked line gets fewer than your number of qualified new-patient calls in month one, our month-one fee is $0. You pay Google either way.
1. Month one
We build, launch and run your ads for month one (days 1–30). We keep your card on file, and nothing is charged for our fee until day 30.
2. Your number
| Your monthly Google budget | Your month-one number |
|---|---|
| $3,000 | 15 qualified new-patient calls |
| $5,000 | 25 qualified new-patient calls |
3. What counts as a qualified new-patient call
A call counts toward your number when all of these are true:
- It reaches your tracked line, which rings your front desk.
- It comes in during your working hours.
- It is from a number that isn’t on your patient list.
- It isn’t flagged as spam.
If the call is answered, it counts only if it lasts 60 seconds or more. If it rings out unanswered during your working hours, it still counts. Ringing your phone is our job; answering it is yours.
4. The day-30 call log
On day 30 you get the call log. It lists every call to your tracked line, and you can play the recordings unless you’ve asked us not to record. The log decides whether you pay our month-one fee. You have 5 business days to dispute any call.
5. Day 30
| On day 30 | Our month-one fee | What happens next |
|---|---|---|
| Your number or more | $3,500 | We bill $3,500 on day 30 and continue month to month. |
| Under your number | $0 | You owe us nothing for Full Chair in month one. You choose whether to continue or part ways. Either way, you keep the booking page, the ad account and the call recordings. |
Either way, you pay Google directly for your ad spend.
6. What the rule doesn’t cover
- Your Google spend. You pay it to Google, not to us, so it isn’t ours to return.
- The Callback Desk. Its $997 a month is billed from the day it starts, whether or not you get your number. Adding it doesn’t change the rule on our $3,500 fee.
- Months after month one. From month two, our fee is billed at the start of each month, whatever the call count.
After month one
- Billed monthly. $3,500 at the start of each month, whatever the call count, plus $997 if the Callback Desk is on.
- A weekly progress report. Spend, calls and your desk’s booking rate.
- Under your number? In any month under your month-one number, Umar audits and rebuilds your account within 5 business days, at no extra fee. That month’s fee still applies.
- Month to month. Cancel on 14 days’ notice. The booking page, the ad account and the call recordings stay yours.
Your responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Keep your working hours and services accurate. We schedule your ads to your working hours, and calls count only during them. Tell us when they change.
- Answer your phone. Have someone answer during your working hours. Your desk books the calls, using our one-page script and ten-minute training.
- Keep the tracking number on your page. Calls we can’t track, we can’t count.
- Help us screen out existing patients. Give us what we need from your patient list so existing patients aren’t counted as new ones. We handle it under the BAA.
- Pay Google directly. Keep a working card on your Google Ads account so your ads keep running.
- Follow the rules for your practice. You are responsible for your licensing, the medical-advertising rules that apply to you and your patient consent obligations.
- Stand behind your claims. You are responsible for the accuracy of any claims, prices or offers you ask us to run in your ads or on your page.
Callers hear a “this call may be recorded” line first. If you’d rather not record, tell us, and we’ll keep the log and drop the audio.
Google and other third parties
Google decides whether ads are approved, which policies apply and what clicks cost. It can change these at any time and can limit or suspend ads or accounts. We work within Google’s rules, but we don’t control its decisions.
Bidding on drug brand names as keywords needs Google certification. We run on terms like tox and filler, and tell you on the call whether brand terms apply to your spa.
Booking a call happens on Calendly, calls take place on Zoom and the founder video plays through Vimeo. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We use a call-tracking vendor to run your tracked line and to log and record calls. Like us, it signs a BAA.
No other promises
The 15-Call Rule is the only promise about results that we make. Beyond it, we don’t promise a number of calls, bookings, new patients, revenue or return on your ad spend. The rebuild after a month under your number is a promise to audit and rebuild, not a promise of a call count.
Results depend on your market, your competition, your budget, Google and how your desk handles calls. The figures on our site (9 years in paid advertising, more than $27M in ad spend managed for service businesses, and what members of the In and Out Med Spa Club earned) describe past work for other businesses. They aren’t a promise about your results.

- Our site is ours. The text, design, logo, images and video on this website belong to In and Out Digital or to those who licensed them to us. You’re welcome to read, link to and share our pages. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without our written permission.
- Your booking page is yours. We build it for you, and you keep it.
- Your ad account is yours. It is your own account, paid from your own card, and it stays with you.
- Your materials stay yours. Your logo, photos and service menu remain yours. You let us use them to build your page and run your ads while we work together.
- Your call recordings stay yours. If we part ways, you keep them.

Links to other sites
Our site links to other services, including Calendly and Vimeo. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, their availability or how they handle your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Disclaimers and limits on liability
We work to keep this site accurate and up to date. Still, it is general information about our services, provided “as is.” It may contain mistakes or go out of date, and we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, that come from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
These limits are about using the website. They don’t limit the 15-Call Rule set out above. Our responsibilities to clients for our services are set out in the services agreement and the BAA.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and we’ll change the date at the top when we do. If you keep using the site after that, the updated terms apply. Changes to this page don’t change a services agreement or BAA you have already signed.
